Bexley council to carry on works on Manor Road, Erith throughout the night.

This is to demand that Bexley Council carry on works throughout the night in order for it to cause less disruption to the local people and businesses as possible.

There is already an issue of traffic build up along Northend Road, Bridge road, Howbury Lane, Whitehall Lane and Thames Road prior to works taking place 16th June 2014 now traffic is standstill to the point the local police are having to direct traffic!

Local business are losing customers they cannot afford to lose due to the closure of manor road. Signage at James Watt Way indicates that there is no access to Darenth Industrial estate. Buisnesses on the estate are already being effected by this.

It is essential to the local residents, business's and community that Manor road reopens as soon as possible and doesn't take 10 weeks to do so!!!
