Don't allow those who fight with extremists abroad back into the country

Additional Information

Hundreds of people have gone to fight with the Islamist militants in Syria and Iraq and pose a significant risk to this country should they return. For the sake of the safety of this country and the people in it they should not be allowed to return. Simply jailing them is not enough.
