legalise the carrying of small lock knives (3.0 inches or less)
A small folding pocket knife is a tool not a weapon, and the lock on a folding knife is a safety feature.
The majority of the british public should not be criminalised because of the minority of people who commit crimes with knives.
Most stabbings are carried out with kitchen knives which are fixed blade, much bigger and clearly have no place outside of someones home.
Small folding pocket knives should be legal to carry unless someone has been shown to have clear intentions of using them as a weapon
