Minimum comfort standards for greyhounds
I propose that all retired greyhounds are rehomed with people who undertake to provide a recognised comfort standard. Specifically: at least one sofa to be provided for use of said hound. Spot checks to be carried out by DFS & enforcement by Houndline.
