Prince Phillip should be offered to Mario Balotelli as sexual chattel
* Mario Balotelli has promised to beat Costa Rica if he gets a kiss from the queen (on the cheek)
* England also need Italy to beat Uruguay
* Balotelli will no doubt make a similar demand, we must pre-empt that by presenting him with an offer he cannot refuse
* A spot of light frottage with Prince Phillip should do it.
* so let's get on it.
