The NHS is facing a budgetary crisis of £2bn a year, if not funded by the Chancellor health services will suffer next year.
Britain spends upward of £12bn a year on Overseas Aid. The NHS funding should come before Overseas Aid and if necessary Overseas Aid should be ct.
