Let fathers and mothers share bring up their child ie flexible hours so both can work and be at home some of week

Additional Information

parents to be able to have a flexible working week so they put in hours of contract . ie flexi-time so fathers and mothers have time to raise and shape their children together. Also bring in a better wage.

Also the right for absent parents ( not living with child ) to share parenting rights so the same arrangement can be in place. .
