Make it a Criminal Offence to record & post images of vulnerable people to internet sites

Additional Information

Make it a criminal office to degrade the dignity and privacy of vulnerable adults and children by deliberately posting onto social media and other websites without their consent. Furthermore, to make it an offence to film or record any person, in any way, shape or form, without their prior knowledge or consent for the purpose of using that material for posting to the internet. Old, infirm, disabled people, don't even understand such technology, so should have the right be protected by the Law of this land.
