A review of the use of Garden Tools (Lawn Mowers, Leaf Blowers, Strimmers)

At weekends and Bank Holidays.

Restricting the use of them on Sundays and Bank Holidays, so our time, relaxing in our gardens is not blighted by the continuous noise pollution that we are all subjected to.
