Dangers of swimming in outside water to be taught in secondary schools

Additional Information

We believe that compulsory teaching of the dangers of swimming in outside water at high school level will reduce the number of deaths each year.

Around 400 people a year die in outside water this is unacceptable and could be reduced dramatically if young people were made aware of the dangers.

There are more deaths in outside water than in fires each year.
