Additional Information

all government public bodies (especially local councils) should be forced by law to destroy all details of all persons as soon as the matter for which those details were sought have expired. e.g. i complain to council, council takes my details, as soon as this complaint is resolved the council should be forced by law to destroy all my details taken for this complaint.
