Block Mobile Phone Signals from Public Transport

Well I dont know about you, but my ears cant take anymore with these one sided multilingual ear pounding conversations.
Lets pull the plug on this harassment to our public journeys for good; I want all public transport to have a system installed. So that it blocks all mobile signals, but doesnt block drivers communication set.
So why dont you vote for a peaceful journey by supporting this bill.
