ITV Border & BBC North East & Cumbria to split

Dumfries and Galloway goes to STV Glasgow and the Borders to STV Edinburgh

All of Cumbria goes as a Opt of ITV Granada & BBC North West

Have ITV Granada split into two opts like Tyne Tees, Calendar, Central, Anglia, Meridian and Westcountry does

Granada North would serve North of Preston, Lancashire, Cumbria, Isle of Man, North West Yorkshire ie Settle & Yorkshire Dales

Granada South would serve South of Lancaster, Lancashire, Liverpool & Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester
