Childrens Sports Clubs should be able to claim the Tax back similar to Gift Aid
Junior Sports Clubs survive on the subscription fees and fund raising from volunteers and parents.
Clubs who have achieved the relevant standard set by their Governing body such as Football Teams being FA RESPECT accredited should be able to claim back the Tax on all subscriptions/fees paid by Parents. This would then increase the revenue of the Clubs and enable them to improve standards and/or reduce costs to widen participation. Parents on lower incomes or benefits should be supported with contributions to affiliated Clubs.
