Additional Information

To enact legislation within criminal law that those working with children within regulated activities (as legally defined in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) who know about, suspect or have reasonable grounds for suspicion of the abuse of children to report it to the Local Authority Designated Officer.
