Opposition of planning application DC/2014/01124 Musker Street, Crosby
I oppose the proposed erection of 29 residential dwellings in Musker Street on the following grounds:
* over development of this area
*type of dwellings- dwellings out of character with houses on Hawthorn Park, devaluation of houses on Hawthorn Park, loss of privacy/light for adjoining houses
*proposed access from Hawthorn Park via Marchmont Drive- existing access from residential street Musker Street, increase in traffic through Hawthorn Park, health and safety risk to children, inadequate parking provision leading to over spill onto Hawthorn Park, loss of privacy
*disruption due to ongoing building work- noise nuisance, pollution, damage to roads, surroundings, property, increased traffic flow of work vehicles, health and safety risk
*cost implications for residents of Hawthorn Park- devaluation of house prices, increased leasehold/maintenance costs
I want the planning application declined AND access through Hawthorn Park estate permanently declined for any future developments.
