Car license with CBT should be sufficient to ride motorbike without extra theory and Practical.

Additional Information

Car Driving license holders should not need to apply for a separate test for motorbike, CBT (is a certificate which you get after one day of training, and enables you to ride motorbike up to 125cc for 2 years) should be sufficient.
A car license holder have sufficient knowledge of the roads, rules and regulations, and CBT enable you to ride a bike, so a separate theory test and practical driving test is a waste of time and money.
You may put a restriction on a size, for instance, after passing the CBT you would not be able to ride more than 400 cc bikes for 2 years.
