Customers should be able to leave mobile phone contracts without charge if providers cannot provide good continuous service
Mobile phone companies attach customers to long term 24 month contracts. If a company has, on a customer basis, continuous problems where said customers are unable to either make calls, send texts or connect to the internet, customers should be able to leave their contracts, without additional charges, as company has been unable to provide the service it promised.
