Don't relax planning regulations - councils need to tighten them for impacting on communities

Additional Information

● Stop councils planning commitees ignoring legislation when making decisions;
● Make councils planning committees have to outline a decision first, following a committee meeting, to ensure the legislation is adhered to, and stop further costs of appeals;
● Ensure breaches of planning permissions are actioned within 21 days of confirmed breaches;
● Ensure independence for decision, to ensure no corruption of council members;
● Ensure independence of appeal decisions, separate from council committees
