Abolish the paper counterpart driving license

Additional Information

This petition calls upon the DVLA to end the use of the paper counterpart driving license. With the use of the biometric data contained within the Photocard license - the use of the secondary counterpart is unnecessary and increases the risk of identity theft. The document has the same irrelevancy today as the brief use of National Insurance cards.
