Award Ralph Hedley a posthumous OBE
Ralph Hedley's life works represent a historical and cultural significance of the North East of England by being primary evidence of the working class life of the area in that time while also being exemplary I their artistic prowess. His catalogue of work is a testament to the artistic culture of England, let alone his resident region.
