Additional Information

According to a recent study, people with learning disabilities are three times more likely to die from preventable causes.
We, the petitioners, appeal to the local authority to address this problem in the interests of fairness and equality.
In the future we would like to see changes in the NHS, specifically the introduction of a team of specialist doctors trained in the communication of people with learning disabilities.
