With Legal Aid cuts inevitable and the Government encouraging and placing more powers with the Police. It is essential that a strong, completely new, independent watchdog body is created in order to keep strict observance of the Police to ensure that justice remains true and fair.
A smaller scaled unit which can carry out spot-checks at Police Stations and also based in a community location so that people are able to, if necessary, access it.
