Additional Information

An 'offensive' tweet was left by a twitter user, which did not directly name, or insult the intended targets.

Freedom of speech
1.
the right of people to express their opinions publicly without governmental interference, subject to the laws against libel, incitement to violence or rebellion, etc.

Not only does this show freedom of speech does not exist, but the following article from the BBC about the crown prosecution service....

"Just because the content expressed in the communication is in bad taste, controversial or unpopular, and may cause offence to individuals or a specific community, this is not in itself sufficient reason to engage the criminal law," say the new CPS rules."

He now has a criminal case and a potential custodial sentence face.

Fight back and stand up for your RIGHT to exercise freedom of speech.
