Petition Action

In an EU Referendum, don't consider it a vote to leave unless a majority in individual parts of the UK (Eng. Scot. Wales. N.I.) vote to do so.

Additional Information

If there would be a vote to leave the European, it should only be considered valid if each part of the UK has a majority vote in favour of doing so.

For example. If England, Scotland and Northern Ireland had a majority in favour of leaving, but Wales had a majority in favour of staying, the vote as a whole should not be considered in favour of leaving.

This is absolutely necessary to help ensure that parts of the UK are not alienated and driven to division, and to make sure that if we take such a step that it is agreed to be the correct one by all of the UK's constituent parts.
