An Official Anthem for England
England is the only one of the Home Countries that does not have its own Anthem. "God Save The Queen" is the National Anthem of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
In events which concern England (such as The Commonwealth Games and the 6 Nations Rugby Championship) there should be an Official England Anthem. Choices could be "Jerusalem" or "Land of Hope and Glory".
We call upon the Government to ask for suggestions, and hold a referendum on the most popular to coincide with the 2015 General Election
