The Government drives a multilateral world disarmament move in the European Union and at the United Nations involving an immediate end to all weapons manufacture in each nation (with transition compensation for the arms companies), and a 10% cut in military expenditure and in weapons each year for a decade to be policed by the United Nations until world multilateral disarmament is complete in a decade.
