Rosdeep Adekoya should get whole life sentance
Mikaeel Kular who's life was taken from him by his Mother Rosdeep Adekoya.
She is pleading guilty to culpable homicide.
This should be put up to murder,
In scotland Culpable homicide is committed where the accused has caused loss of life through wrongful conduct, but where there was no intention to kill, And is equivalent of manslaughter in English law
The fact that this was a sustained attack over a number of days and the lengths rosedeep went into covering up the crime she committed she should be held responsible for murder of the defenceless young child. Her cover up and "missing child hunt" story shows she has had a good degree of conscious decision making abilities so should not be allowed to plead to a lesser sentence...
