Petition Action

Instal legislation to require judges to insure against falling asleep during any trial they are listed for.

Additional Information

The taxpayer MUST be entitled to be protected against picking up the tab for retrials when judges, who live in luxurious tax payer funded, servant manned houses while hearing a case anyway, are unable to demonstrate the importance of their role by, at least, staying awake during proceedings. Judges need to take out insurance to cover ALL costs of a retrial in a case during which they are found to be asleep.
