Tottenham Riots
Make an example of the people arrested for the rioting. Pass an emergency act of parliament for the cat of nine tails to be re introduced and automatic subscription to the Territorial Army. If they want to throw rocks at police and fight, put them on the front line in Afghanistan! National Service should be brought to teach discipline in society.
