Review the way jurors are selected

Additional Information

The current system allows for the same person to be selected several times in there lifetime, causing great inconvenience both emotionally and financially while others can not be selected at all. Furthermore, once selected you are only permitted to defer once which does not cater for people with uncertainty in there immediate future. The system needs to be less rigid and try harder to make sure that everyone has the opportunity be a juror and at a time that is convenient to them.
