Council Tax Fraud/Public service strikes should = Rebate on Council Tax
When public services strike the British Council tax payer should receive a rebate/refund on their council tax for paying for services not received. This would bring legal standings for both parties into parity.
If people don't pay they get taken to court, so why is it when public services don't provide, they still get to keep the money. This is fraud.
Please sign this petition and let's get parity back for the British people.
