Fair and equal Constituency sizes

Additional Information

At the moment constituency boundaries are grossly uneven.
The Liberal Democrats reneged on a deal to equalise said boundaries , because they lost their vote on proportional representation. This was spiteful and UNDEMOCRATIC.
Can parliament do the decent thing and put this right.
