Stop prisoners only having to serve half of their sentence

Additional Information

At present, prisoners are automatically released after only serving half of a fixed term prison sentence passed by the courts.The law should be changed so that prisoners have to serve the whole of their sentence passed by the court and given a proper message that society does not accept their behaviour.
