Petition Action

No to penalising parents

Additional Information

I move for the government to remove their legislation that parents who remove their children from school can be given criminal records.

The problem is the holiday industry targeting trapped markets.

Parents should have the choice to do it without being penalised.

Some parents cannot afford to take their children away because of excessive prices and they should have the government helping them rather than punish them.

Remove the legislation penalising parents with criminal records and open the subject for parliamentary discussion.
