Bring back the Plymouth Hoe Diving Boards
Due to a recent accident with a young person cutting their head open due to tombstoning. I think we should ban it in dangerous areas but putting something in place to allowing this to happen area. So please support this campaign to bring back the Diving Boards on the Plymouth Hoe.
