Make poppy memorial in london permanent

I am starting a petition in order to get Tom Piper's art instulation of the Poppy Memorial at the Tower of London to be made a permenant thing in London as it's a great looking piece and would be good for everyone to see.
If you want to look it up you can search for 'Row on Row, the Poppies flow at the Tower of London'.

I think that it is great for tourism and visually gives people a reason to come and visit London, for what could be an icconic piece of art in London. I don't think that we should loose this fabulous display of colour against London grey backdrop.
