Additional Information

Business Improvement districts destroy the free commerce of the area they purport to serve. They are undemocratic, unaccountable and uneconomic.
Bid companies remove the democratic principles of public community and transfer urban governance to the hands of those who are motivated purely by business profit - for example by those who own multiple properties within that community.
