a lifetime ban from flying for Disruptive Passenger Behaviour?

am i getting a bit sick and tired of passagers being unruly on aircraft putting lifes at stake and being rude and abusive to cabin crew an the police when they attend incidents i want the goverment to introduce life time bans on these incidents were passports would be revoked and the life ban put on them from traveling with all carriers these measure seem harsh but its a better way to keep traveling public safe
