Petition Action

Fathers should have more rights to see their children and harsher punishments for mothers who go against court orders or restrict access for no reason

Additional Information

The courts should update their systems to match the modern day, fathers should have more rights to access to their children, and not allow mothers to restrict access just because it doesnt suit them after a relationship breakdown.
The courts make fathers jump through hoops to prove they are worthy to be in their childs life even when they havent done anything wrong, women can make up lies and stop the access and cause the lengthy process to stretch out even longer yet the minute access gets granted and court orders are granted the mothers do not feel the need to even stick to it if there was harsher punishments for mothers who do not abide by the courts order then atleast the fathers manage to get the access the have fought so hard for and jump through hoops for.
Fathers need to be recognised as an equal parent and mothers need to be shown the courts mean business every child should deserve to have both parents in their life
