Speed Restrictions on Cars

I think there should be a speed restriction on cars for them not to go any faster than 70mph.

The speed limit is 70mph anyway, so why do cars still be able to do 71mph+? There is no point, unless you are a Racing Car Driver e.g. at the Grand Prix.

If people be only to do 70mph at max, more lives will be saved.
