Ban smoking in cars where children are present

Additional Information

Evidence shows that children who are exposed to second hand smoke are more likely to suffer from respiratory illness, middle ear disease, wheeze and asthma.

I would like the smoke free legislation to be extended to ban smoking in a cars where children are present.
