Social Services do a great Job BUT needs a new tier to be added to the case conference procedure.

Social services conference courts which have a chair person` Need another tier added in my opinion. from what I can see either your guilty or not. Even when innocent you can be found guilty that's due to the slightest doubt even with proof other than video evidence..So there needs to be a middle tier where if there`s is any doubt whatsoever there should be safeguards where you DON'T get put on the register but all the safeguards apply. Therefore Innocent parties wont be in such a furore.
