Unemployed females should do Domestic service
What with the Country in a slump and work is getting harder to find, what if you created a new Domestic Service contract where some males but mostly females who are fresh out of school/collage and only real hope of work are hairdressing, or have been out of work for a few years and have no hope.
These females could be trained in all types of domestic work, from cleaning, cooking tablewaiting etc, this gives them training for there everyday lives but also gives them a wage, either from Government funding or from an employer, so older people who rely on carers would have a maid to help them 24/7, Married couples who need help with younger children..
There would have to be guidlines to protect thes workers but i think it would be a win-win for both side
