Attachment to earnings orders to be taken through tax codes

Additional Information

It is unfair that government passes the responsibility of a persons debt to a company or other employer. The roll of a company is not one of debt collector althought the last government did not see it theat way.
If a government wishes to levy a fine and cannot do this by concent then they should use the tax code to reclain that money.
