Opt out of paying NHS to be able to pay own health insurance

Additional Information

I hear so much about GPs not having the time to treat properly and sending people away with paracetamol. I have suffered twice ending up in hospital as GP did not investigate. I want to stop paying NHS contributions and put that money towards my own health insurance.
