Allow motorcycles in bus lanes

Additional Information

Motorcycles should be allowed in bus lanes. If a taxi and a bus can share the lane with a cyclist, then motorcyclists should too. Better than weaving through traffic to get to the front and are able to give cyclists plenty of room when over taking.
