Scotland Decides Scotland Can Pay

Additional Information

In the event of a Yes vote by Scotland the result should not be ratified by the rest of the UK until there is a commitment that all costs of breaking up the Union will be born by Scottish tax payers alone.

In the event of a Yes vote we call upon David Cameron to ensure that before Scottish independence is ratified that all costs are calculated and a firm commitment is obtained that all costs be born by Scotland - no English, Welsh or Northern Irish funds should be used. Otherwise the referendum in Scotland should be re-run with this condition in mind.

Our reasoning:
1) Why should those of us outside Scotland bear the cost of something we had no say in?
2) Scotland entered the Union to have it's massive debts paid. The least it can do is bear the cost of departing.
