bring utilities into state ownership
End the endless quest for profit to satisfy the shareholders .Have a set profit margin that covers only the running and future development costs , remove vat from domestic utility bills, as with food , water electricity and gas are staples in any modern civilization . It is a disgrace that so much of Britains key infrastructure is owned and run by foreign companies .
