Bus Lane Red And Green Lights

Every council in the UK to put large red and green lights on all bus lane signs that change automatically to tell other motorists when they can or cannot use the lanes. This will encourage people to use them responsibly and also prove that the councils aren't simply enforcing the restrictions to raise money.
